After accepting their proposal and paying the 25% requested down-payment, I received the below emai from Cristina Mesonero: Revisando tu expediente con detenimiento, detectamos un error en el cálculo inicial del presupuesto: por un fallo interno no se incluyeron ciertos gastos obligatorios de llegada, que superan los 1.000 euros. Basically, they made a mistake on their proposal and they waited until I sent them the 25% deposit to let me know. Now they want to charge me an additional E1,000 plus. According to their webpage, they have 50 years experience in the moving business and yet they make a E1,000 plus mistake and expect the customer to pay for it. Totally unacceptable...
