I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. We moved in June 2017 from Singapore to USA. It was extremely disappointing and frustrating. - SLOPPY. Improper packing and unpacking of furniture and delicate objects. They ended up broken. - RECKLESS. Damage to property because they tried to push the whole baby cot out of the room instead of disassembling it. That is just one example. - UNPROFESSIONAL. The computer desk literally fell apart when we tried to shift it. There were also two huge tears on either side of our bed base. There was no doubt it was caused by the box cutter when they were unwrapping. - NEGLIGENT. Left out the bicycles which we removed from the bicycle racks and specifically handed over to the team. - POOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATION . Destination team was no informed of assembly required for certain items. More delay and frustration trying to chase and have them come again to fix them. - NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No updates, follow-up or any communication. We had to follow up or else nothing was done. I would not recommend their service at all.
