shambles from start to finish, confusion over collection dates, v poorly trained staff (or simply didn't care), dropped boxes on tiled flooring breaking contents, and couldn't even move furniture on a trolley around a passage without hitting the corners and causing damage. low point was cash going missing on collection (and head office not interested to know that this is what's going on, and hiding behind small print, which rather misses the point..).
