This company are so unprofessional and thieves. The damaged many parts of my shipment, they dont pack as they meant to (eg box the wrong TV and when damage claimed they were told too). The team lie and cheat, the person that quoted under estimated to gain the work. They were given dates and then changed details . Avoid at all cost and advise all others. The tracking was non existent and when requested information they never responded. Once they have your money you are on your own. For all those leaving HK now find someone else youll regret using this company, THEY ARE THE TRUE MEANING OF A COWBOY OUTFIT

Dirty company, after the goods were collected, they told me there were congestion in shipping and start imposing additional cost and warehouse cost. I didn't pay and they hold my goods in their warehouse for three months, that's totally kidnapping! This company disrespect contract. I ended up collected back the goods and ship with another company. Later, I've found out that i am just the tip of an iceberg, many ppl has fallen into their trap already!

I used SwiftRelo to move from HK to US. They are a few thousand HKD cheaper than others. Big mistake. They picked up my stuff on August 10, 2017; my stuff got shipped early November from HK. Their partner in the US, Schumacher only have offices in Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY. I live in St. Louis, MO, in the midWest. My stuff finally arrived at the Curb of a two-story house on December 23, 2017. The truck driver who drove all the way from California to my home is unable to deliver the piano to the first floor of the house because there are 4 steps from the door, unless i waive the right to claim if any damage occurs to the piano, They made me think Schumacher, the moving company will pay for storage cost; and pulled me into a local storage. It turned out they would not be responsible for anything. I refused. Then the trucker driver took off with my piano in. One month passed; I heard nothing from the company; Called them up, my call went to voice mail. Finally, I was told there would be additional charges, but no specific date of delivery and I was told to deal with HK company. HK company shoved all the responsibility on me and demanded additional cost of $250. Both companies have the attitude: I have your piano; pay. It took 5 months for my household goods to arrive; I had to replace pretty much everything because the moving spans three season from summer to cold US mid-west winter. Now, the piano is still at Schumacher's warehouse. And according to these companies, it is all my fault. If you still want to go ahead, use the Cheaper SwiftRelo; Thank again; potential headaches ahead!

Had a really really bad experience with SwiftRelo. After using them for almost 4 years during my secondment and paying in excess of HKD 120,000 of storage fees, more than 80% of my stored items are either moulded or damaged with majority of them in an usable condition. Their warehouse encountered major water damage during the Typhoon(s), which is very common in Hong Kong, that affected my furniture and they did not offer to do anything at the time other than opening and “drying” my damaged goods. Another company took my items from their storage and shipped to the UK. The picture I have seen when I received my 122 boxes was horrible. I had to dispose majority of my furniture, clothes, shoes with immediate effect. I also couldn’t use my basic Apple products that should have been protected with care! Over the storage fees that I have paid diligently, I now will have to pay disposal charges for recycling damaged furniture and clothes!!! The intention and responsiveness of their staff is ok with minimal or no solution offered. The company itself is far away from being a professional solid one. I AM GENERALLY A VERY FAIR CONSUMER AND BE CAREFUL WITH MY FEEDBACK. IN THIS CASE, I AM VERY VOCAL: PLEASE DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE DONE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR LONG TERM STORAGE OF YOUR VALUABLE ITEMS.
