I was an employee of 1-800-PACK-RAT's sister company Forward Relocation. They used 1-800-PACK-RAT to move me from Dallas to NC. They provided the container at my residence which I had the option to load myself or their agent would load it for me. Of course I preferred to have the agent pack and load it and the crew were very efficient. They took great care with my wooden furniture items. I enjoyed the fact that cloth moving blankets were included in containers as opposed to paper pads which I've had in the past. I took a few weeks to find a new home and my stuff was stored in the same container it was shipped in. Everything arrived perfectly to destination. No complaints.
