If you would like to follow up with your customers to increase your feedback response rates, the MoveAide system can now send you an email alert after the first or second feedback invite reminder email is sent out to your customer.
To activate this reminder, go to the Profile/ Email settings page.
If you’d like to receive an email alert when the first feedback reminder has gone out to your customer, click on the checkbox beside “First Feedback Reminder Alert” and specify your email address.
If you’d like to receive an email alert when the second feedback reminder has gone out to your customer, click on the checkbox beside “Second Feedback Reminder Alert” and specify your email address.
Remember to click “Save” after you have made the changes.
