Review of Asian Tigers Group, Thailand in Bangkok, Thailand

This is not our first time to use Asian Tigers. We feel very happy the service quality has still been maintained. We are lucky to have the supervisor named Surasak as o leader. He was helpful and willing to find ways to accommodate our needs. He also took initiative to adjust the work pattern to meet the schedule. He got accident and was absent on the 2nd day. The substitute supervisor did nothing to direct the progress of the packing. This substitute supervisor was then assigned to note down the packing list for the last 2 days. End up we did not get the list as we saw the list could not explain each box's content. We think he should need more training on his work attitude. Besides, the survey before the move, some area was not explained well. Like we did not expect to use old boxes to move and we would not keep those boxes for our own use. On the very last day, your crews just stepped out the unit, Smith called me and ask when the boxes could be returned. It was very annoying : It was very tiring to have home moving. We are very conscientious and would not keep all the boxes for our own use. We also wanted to get rid of them. This sort of follow up should be done later. At least check how fast the customer in return progress! (We returned 4 times the boxes and each time we dissembled in sizes + tied them up in order!) We feel happy for this team to work for us. They are reliable and professional but the survey and follow up plus that substitute supervisor are disappointing. Hope that this survey done with genuine improvement and see Asian Tigers continue to thrive. Regards, Mrs. Mo
