Very professional door-to-door service. Furniture arrived in great shape. Moving crew was efficient and polite. Excellent execution. Consider improving information sharing across different parties to make it more convenient for customers (vs. had to fill in same client information multiple times). Also would suggest explaining the whole moving process to customers upfront to manage expectations (moving is a stressful process).
