1. Asian Tigers should disclose that a lower packing standard is applied for local moves than for international moves and give the customer a choice in advance regarding the type of packing. In my case, the move was paused over an hour while we waited for additional packing materials to arrive from the warehouse. 2. Do not give the customer the right to object to the use of used cartons and then, only after the customer objects, tell them they must pay extra for new cartons. Be straight forward in the contract and tell the customer he will be charged extra if he requires new cartons. 3. Once the moving crew had all the packing materials, they did an excellent job packing and there was no breakage. 4. The move consultant Nattaya provided prompt and complete responses to the issues that arose and resolved those issues to my satisfaction. In short, she provided excellent service. 5. Everyone involved was committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
