Review of AGS Four Winds (Singapore) in Singapore, Singapore

I know it looks as if I haven't done the survey as most things are at 10, but our experience with AGS in Singapore was very good. Fahmy in particular was very professional and helpful, and so was the supervisor of the packing crew. Our shipment is still at sea, and we will only be receiving our shipment and unpacking in early November, so I cannot comment on the totality of the move yet. A couple of things to note - I felt as if the SG office and the CT office weren't liaising enough and we had to intervene with that. That should have been happening without any involvement from us. I also felt that Fahmy painted a very dire picture of the SA authorities and put a lot of fear into us about timing of being in CT before the shipment arrives, stamps in passports, etc. It wasn't nearly as serious as he portrayed and caused a lot of unnecessary stress on my part. The supervisor didn't go through every room and cupboard with me at the end, and as a result, we found some goods that needed to be collected a few days later. All in all, an excellent experience with AGS Singapore, and I will certainly recommend them without hesitation for their professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you!
