Very efficient, professional and courteous staff throughout our moving process, however, we weren't informed that payment hadn't been made by our employer and so our shipment remained longer than necessary in London and so we are still currently without our belongings and more importantly our toddlers furniture and belongings which has been an inconvenience. Communication on this matter would have been appreciated so that we could assist in speeding up payment.
