The moving took so long. The consultant told me that it would be a month, while it took nearly 4 months. The shipment would depart from HK in mid Jun... and it did in mid July. No compensation was given to the customer. The budget was not done in a proper way, because she told me that it will be adjusted with the amount of boxes... and it was the same amount.Also a new cost received when delivered to UK, that was not informed before. Luckily, the customer service works very well and Phoenix was very responsive every time, suffering my claims.
