Our company never refused to deliver Alexandropoulos' household goods from its warehouses at its headquarters in Thessaloniki, but refused to deliver them to Athens since Alexandropoulos refused to pay us the extra costs incurred by the transport due to his fault. It should be noted that instead of the agreed load of 6 k.e. with one direct transport (ITALY - ATHENS) a load of 8 cubic meters was transported. via Thessaloniki and in order to deliver it to Athens it was necessary to carry out two routes (ITALY - THESSALONIKI and THESSALONIKI - ATHENS). On the insurance application that he initially submitted, decision No. 250/2021 was issued by the Magistrate's Court of Thessaloniki, which REJECTED his application recognizing, among other things, that the refusal to deliver the goods concerns the destination of Athens and is based on the non-payment of costs transport which was presumably increased through his fault. Alexandropoulos filed an appeal, upon which decision No. 8989/22 of the ΤΥ was issued, which he refers to. In any case, our company, respecting the decisions of the Greek courts, acted IMMEDIATELY based on the operative part of the above decision.
Also, it should be noted that Alexandros Alexandros, frantically creates fake profiles, to show the whole world, that there really are very bad and stupid people.
