Vimbox Movers is an absolute con-job

Vimbox Movers is an absolute con-job of a company and the guy by the name "BEN" is the Chief Con Officer of their dump-house. After scheduling a moving date and sending across a signed contract, with a clear list and snapshot of inventory, this moron, Ben, confirmed a time for the scheduled date. I called him twice in the interim period to confirm the date and time. I also signed up for their packing and unpacking services. All along, this idiot Ben gave me assurances of "all will be done on time". I had noticed poor reviews on Yelp and questioned him regarding the same. His response: "It was written by one of our competitors!" Lie # 1. I also re-confirmed that his crew would be bringing all required packing materials, and do the required packing. Con-man Ben confirmed the same. Lie # 2. On the said date, the guy calls up 1 hour before the scheduled time and says, "we are late by an hour". Fine, I said! His "crew" of a grand total of ONE person lands up around 2 hours late. WITH ZERO PACKING MATERIAL. And having no clue of the inventory required to be packed. After a couple of heated exchanges with slimey-Ben, the idiot bails out of the contract and refuses to move - saying, "we can't pack because we don't have any packing material". We ended up packing stuff ourselves, hiring Go-go Van and moving our stuff. All at the very last minute (our lease had ended and we had to move). Nightmarish experience with these fools. Bottomline: PLEASE DON'T USE THESE FOOLS FOR MOVING! Better off paying a little more and hiring a good mover.

We have engaged vimbox movers for our move, as they were recommended by various site we decided to engaged them with leap of faith.. as good as it may seem with their 4.8 Star rating on google review they managed to break our wedding photo frame and puncture a hole through a canvas, not everything online can be trusted. Me and hubby are posting this real vimbox movers review as a sign of deterrence to others who are looking to engage them! If anyone is researching on movers, i would suggest to use mover recommended by friends and not by online.

Restaurant Items Move

I first came across Vimbox as Vimbox guys were moving our restaurant's furniture to another restaurant owner. The guys were fast, the 52 wooden chairs and 12 gigantic tables were shrink-wrapped nicely and delivered safely with a good price. With a good experience, i called up Vimbox to arrange for my first move to remove the restaurant's items to the warehouse. Our restaurant had many items and the guys came promptly for the pickup and delivery. The guys were helpful to assist me in removing a ceiling TV mount without extra charges. A pity the boxes are not free and had to be returned. We did not use their boxes in the end as no point placing items in and taking items out. As usual they were speedy and efficient. However on our second move, their lorry broke down a day before the scheduled move and their dates were packed. The admin followed up with us later and we by then had gotten another courier. I would recommend Vimbox for their swift service but book them in advance.

Tight Schedule Move

I have engaged Vimbox movers recently. Despite the tight schedules, Vimbox Movers was able to properly plan my move for me, not only with the information required for the moving day but also having packing materials arranged almost immediately ensuring that I am able to move to my new apartment on the specific date. From the point of contact with the consultant, Jonathan, accessing my moving needs, and the accessibility of both venues. It resulted in a fixed quotation as per agreed on. I have read reviews on sudden incremental quotes when moving but this did not happen when I was moving with Vimbox. Next would be the coordination for the packing materials and the move. The delivery of packing materials was a little conflicting on schedule, but Vimbox was accommodative to my schedule and delivered the packing materials as per to the date stated. Lastly, would be the day of moving. Before the date of move, Vimbox Movers gave me a call to remind me of the scheduled move, which I felt them being thoughtful (or maybe it's just me being inexperienced in moving). When the movers arrived, they were so professional and brief me through the moving process. They then move my furniture and items to the lorry. I moved into my new apartment successfully. Post-move was a breeze. The items move are all damage-free. I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU~ to Jonathan and his team, not forgetting Vimbox Movers for having some an awesome team and providing me with a smooth move.

I used Vimbox movers for moving. Engaged them last week to do my move to a condo. Service still ok, talked to their staff on the phone and everything, settled on a time and all that and arrival was smooth and on time. Only problem was that I had to pay for some lift padding fee that was non refundable? Is that true? Can any of you guys verify this? However they did a good job settling the moving permit and placing a deposit for my old place and the new one. No complaints there. The moving process was also okay. No issues. Some of the guys were a little slow but I guess they were tired. So no fuss. Everything was moved properly and it was a good experience for me in the end. If you ask me I would say it was a little bit better experience then what I've been reading so far up here

First and foremost, thank you Sebastian and Kim both of their sales representative to timely follow up with me with their move to being able to complete everything within 4 hours, half a day earlier than I have expected. Moving from a 3 story landed to a 3 story townhouse, even with the bulkiest to the most fragile, everything went well and relocated without any scratches. This is my 3rd move in Singapore and their rates, services and attitude exceeded my impression of all Singapore movers. Of course not to mentioned their efficiency in providing the fastest quote and relocation. It's been a tiring and stressful week yet it all went well. Thanks vimbox
