Unfortunately it took so long (11 feb 16 to 22 jul 16), a valuable stove arrived home destroyed and I was charged USD1,500 in addition to the shipment cost and I do not yet receive a breakdown on this charge and neither a receipt. Not good enough.

Regarding the packers they are excellent always ready to support and do their jobs no matter day or time. Regarding the coordination at the office, eventhough there is an efficient person in charge of in/out sipments, if this POC is out of the office for any reason, it's hard to get a prompt response and during a move this is essential for the client in order to determine : Cost of an overweight, re-schedule a pack out, ask for more packing material to conclude the move, ask for more people for the pack out, check when the truck with the lift vans will arrive to the house/apartment to pick up the shipment, etc.

Respecto a los tiempos estuvieron espectacular! Quizá podrían haber sugerido más opciones como por ejemplo: traer el contenedor a Lima y almacenar las cosas en alguna bodega temporal mientras nosotros encontrábamos casa. Quizá nos faltó más apoyo en la logística, siento que el coordinador fue inexperto en este sentido y se enfocó en sólo hacer lo que le decían, más que en proponer soluciones.

Hubo cambios constantes en el valor de la liquidación sin ninguna explicación y las demoras de puerto hicieron incurrir en un sobrecosto de 20%. Nunca se me aclaró el motivo de este sobrecosto. La verdad muy amables, serviciales pero no supieron transmitir urgencia en cisrtas cosas o dejar preveer los costos reales asociados.

Internation move from Lima, Peru to Dallas, Texas USA

My move out of Lima through Express Transports went very well. The professionalism and quality of service was to a high standard. The only significant issue of concern is the timing of shipment delivery to Dallas, Texas USA. The shipment was picked up on July 1st with estimated delivery in 32 days, i.e., August 2. Now the delivery date stands at August 18, essentially two weeks later than the original date. I never received an explanation for the significant change from the original delivery date.
